Requirements to Rent a Property:
1.) A copy of a Texas I.D., Driver License, Passport, or Social Security Card for each adult applicant.
2.) 4 recent pay stubs or 1 Month proof-of-income; such as bank statements or government assistance documentation, for each applicant.
3.) Pay in advance: 1st full-month Rent and Deposit. The deposit is equal amount to the 1st month rent.
(For example, if the monthly rent is $500, then the deposit is $500.)
4.) All rentals are for 1 year minimum.
5.) All information can be sent to: [email protected] or bring the above documents to our real estate office at 6900 McPherson Rd, Laredo, Texas 78041.

- Are the application based on running a credit score? Yes and No. Sometimes, we based on income, reputation, or a background check (rental and/or criminal). Credit scores sometimes is not required.
- Can I give the deposit in 2 parts? No.
- Can I move-in if my deposit or rent is not paid in full before my move-in date? No.
